The recent pandemic has meant we temporaily had to closed our doors for March, April and May. However, we are now back working and taking casting appointments on a limited service. There are new government guild lines that state how we should operate whilst working in the home.
We will be wearing masks, gloves and aprons throughout the appointment. For everyone's safety, we request that the parent also wears a mask during the appointment.
Wherever possible we will adhere to the 1 metre social distancing rule whilst in your home or our premises, however, please note that when we are taking the moulds and impressions it will not be possible to keep a 1 metre distance. Castings will be taken in well ventilated areas, outside areas are also an option (weather depending).
Due to new cleaning procedures, our kit and samples will be throughly cleaned before, during and after the casting. We are currently only working with a reduced casting kit, and we will be asking you which samples you prefer us to bring , and there will be no crosss over with appointments.
Where possible we ask that only one parent is present during the casting.
We will be attending the appointment with the best of our knowledge that both ourselves and our immediate family are well and showing no signs of having the virus Covid-19. Should any family member or yourself show symptoms of this disease, please contact us ASAP so we can re-arrange your appointment to another time.
For collections, we will be sending you an image of your casting beforehand so castings can be delivered or collected without entering the home.
Many thanks for your support.
